Breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to influence our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our Breath Workshops teach you how to harness conscious breathing techniques to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energy and clarity.
Raquel’s workshops combine intuitive guidance with practical exercises, helping participants reconnect with their natural rhythm and cultivate a sense of presence and balance.

What to Expect in Your First Session
Each session begins with a thoughtful intake, where Raquel will learn about your health history, current challenges, and personal goals. This allows the session to be fully tailored to you, your partner, or your group.
During the workshop, you’ll practice guided breathing exercises, learn techniques to support physical and emotional balance, and experience the calming and restorative effects of conscious breath.
 
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee. This helps Raquel honor her time and make sessions available to others.
