1-on-1 Yoga

Investment: $150 per hour

Prenatal 1-on-1
Yoga

A gentle, supportive practice designed to honor the changing body during pregnancy. Each session focuses on easing discomfort, improving circulation, and preparing physically and emotionally for labor through breath-centered movement and mindful positioning.

Often, Raquel will blend yoga with intuitive healing practices such as meditation, breathwork, or Reiki to create a truly holistic experience.
